About ECV
Electrical Compliance Victoria’s Co-Director and Founder; Frank Zahra has been actively involved within the electrical industry for over 36 years. During this time, he has gained extensive hands on experience and knowledge in a diverse range of associated and specialist fields. Electrical Installation works, maintenance, design, manufacturing, educating, assessing, auditing, inspecting, investigating, consulting, report writing and authoring electrical technical publications are a sample of many of which Frank is still involved.
Working these three and a half decades in the industry has allowed for safety, integrity and compliance in the installation and safe use of electricity to become the vertebrae for Electrical Compliance Victoria 'ECV'. In particular; our specialist areas of interest are in the realm of assisting public inquiry in matters relating to electrical safety and support for legal concern relating to electrical incidents and non-compliance, and consulting on matters relating to EHS.
